Glad to see your blog!!! Now I can get to know your cute little family better :) I am gluing the animals and letters to the picture frames without glass. At Michaels the unfinished wood ones I purchased didn't have any glass in them. Hope that helps :)
Hey - yes I use hot glue for the letters and the animals. I hot glue almost everything :)
The flowers - those particular ones I really can't remember - I used them as decorations around my apartment long before I had kids. Now I usually get mine where ever is cheapest! Dollar Store, Walmart, etc.
